The Speed and Agility Camp for 2010 begins next week at Kent Island High School.  Speed and agility will go from 7pm to 9pm in both gyms starting Wednesday March 10th, and will continue on Wednesday nights for a total of four sessions.  The cost of camp will be $50.00.  Registration will be in person 6:30pm on March 10th at the KIHS gym.

The camp is a great way to increase footwork, speed, and agility with certified speed coaches.  Camp is open to all players, boys and girls ages 7-14.
